Kristen Marshall

Kristen E. Marshall is an associate at the law firm of Copilevitz & Canter, LLC. Her practice focuses on compliance with state and federal telemarketing laws, as well as First Amendment issues.

She is a 2003 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for The Urban Lawyer. She also graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Marshall counsels clients with regard to state and federal telemarketing law compliance, more specifically do-not-call law compliance and other general telemarketing issues. She also assists clients with state sales tax exemption applications.

Marshall authored an article which appeared in the DMNews in April 2004 entitled The Tide of Offshore Call Center Bills.
